have a humidifyer by him whenever he sleeps. Not too close, but close enough that it is just out of his reach.
This helps me since I can't take any "good" drugs while I'm prego, and it works for my kids too. I've heard putting Vic's vapor rub on the bottom of your feet and wearing socks also helps. (you might have to do that when he's asleep as I know kids don't leave their socks on)
