Rant... so don't read it if you want a happy post:)

Uhmm so its been a rough day! Mom and Dad left this morning... NOT FUN... miss them already..... but I got up at 4:55 to make sure I got to see them before they left... knowing me this was not the brightest idea. Not a morning person. But I got up because I love them and it wouldn't feel right to just have them gone with no hugs... With that said, I went to go back into bed at 5;50 and realized I would be getting up in 20 minutes to take Brian to work so I could get to our 8:30 church... so I laid down for a cat nap, then jolted in a panic.. the car seat was in Dad and Mom's rental... so I tried calling Dad's phone a few times, nothing so I went out to the garage to look for it just to make sure I shouldn't head for the airport, and I scared the crap out of poor Mike, who ripped the garage door open ready to defend his family... SORRY MIKE! I went back into the bedroom feeling like kind of a jerk, and hopped in the shower. I fell at the Rodeo we attended on Friday night leaving a good cut on my ankle (I will tell that story later) and I shaved over it because I was in a fog, that really hurt! Skip to taking Brian to work, he got there like 25 minutes early so we chilled in the car and then he went in, not bad, I drove on to church... also not too bad, but I had a shooting pain behind my eye and when we got to primary it was practice for the primary program, they told me I could go to relief society which would have been nice, but I felt bad for the presidency and i really would like to know how it was going to go down, since they want us to sit with the kids on the stand. Headache + Primary with minimal teachers= painful 2 hours of church! Then I get home, I haven't been home for a week since mom and dad were here and it smells, I automatically blame Brian in my head for not taking out the trash... but then realize its the dishes that haven't been done since the day mom and dad got into town, August 31. Mind you this is my job, however we have a house guest that STILL isn't gone and is complaining about HIS life:) Why this annoys me so much is because he claims to be so much better at Brian with that whole helping around the house thing... but hello if you are in an apartment that starts smelling like vomit... look around and see if you can help out. I am going to have Brian talk to him tonight, because if I do it he may just realize how frustrated I am with him, and he is a little tender right now... WHATEVER! So the dishes are done, and I am staring at his clean clothes pile on the couch and thinking how nice it will be when he is gone. Really he is a good person, but I need my space, and I don't need the little snide comments he likes to make... I am making brownies right now, so I expect I will feel better shortly:) and Hope is coming for dinner so that will be AWESOME! I am so glad she said yes, as it is quite awkward when the above mentioned house guest is here, mainly because he puts his two sense in on our conversations.... which is not welcome unless you are Alison and can roll with the punches! So sorry to rant but that is what I originally made the blog for! I will catch you up on the week with the parents another day when I can focus more than the complaining side of me:)

I'm glad I know how to roll with the punches. :)

Honestly, I'd have stopped thinking about how "tender" he is and told him to get his a outta my house because he was driving me effing cray-zay! You are definitely a better person than I am.
